This is an excellent example of an afghan worked on the black Monk's Cloth. The pastel colors of the yarn soften the black and make for an extraordinary piece of art!

This Afghan was also sent in by Brenda and it is made up from two Patterns. The first being the "Country Snowflake" from Crystal Weave and the second pattern which is used for the center is  part of the "English Countryside" Pattern from Avery Hill.
